Pavel is a senior full-stack engineer with +15 years of experience building enterprise software and adds heaps of experience and crucial know-how to our growing engineering team. Pavel holds a degree in computer science from Belarusian State University and is currently based in Minsk.
As Customer Success Manager, Kaltrine helps our customers get the most out of Fairwalter and makes sure our product team is working on the most urgently requested features. Kaltrine has 8 years of experience in customer facing roles.
As CTO, Géza is responsible for software development as well as for building and managing the nearshore team. Before that, Géza worked as a software engineer in various companies, and most recently developed a bond trading platform at Six. He holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from ELTE Budapest.
Severin is a product owner responsible for product development. Prior to that, Severin advised leading Swiss companies on building digital business models. Severin holds a Master in Banking & Finance from the HSG
Growth ManagerReto is studying systems engineering in the Salesian Polytechnic University from Ecuador. He will work as growth manager to contribute to the expansion from Fairwalter. He has experience as full-stack developer and will specialize in it when he completes the bachelor.
